WHAT IS YOUR FIRST STEP

Firstly, we need to take the time to understand your dream. We'll meet with you to discuss your vision, advise you on relevant options, discuss expected timeframes based on our experience, and help you with any questions you may have about making your dream home a reality.

A TANGIBLE REALITY

Of course, a dream is just a dream until we put it into action. Our next step is to have your vision professionally drawn up by our expert draftsman; the first step towards turning your ideas into a tangible reality.

We then discuss every aspect of the design and building with you. Before you make any commitment we'll go through the specifications with you and, together we'll work out an estimated project cost that meets your budget expectations. This ultimately helps us establish a fixed price.

INITIAL AGREEMENT

Some clients may already have an architect, designer or other building consultants. That's fine with us. We will liaise between you and your consultants - your architect, engineer, designer, etc. - and we will take the time to meet with you or your representatives to ensure that all parties are happy with the decisions and selections made and that we are all working effectively towards creating your dream home.

THE CONTRACT

Whether a standard QMBA building contract or another form of contract is used, we will take the time to go over all documentation and explain every detail in the contract, specifications and plans, in order to alleviate any concerns you may have about any aspect of your project.

THE BUILDING BEGINS

From experience, we know that the most important part of the building process is how we effectively communicate with you. You may live away from the area or are perhaps on a business trip or holiday. That's no problem, we'll take photos of progress and send them to you with an up to date progress report.

We commit to maintain clear, constant and helpful communications through all stages of the construction process by personally overseeing every phase. At ACC, we'll take the stress out of your experience by striving to make your experience pleasurable, and we'll ensure everyone conducts himself or herself professionally, courteously, and in an easy-going manner.
